Cleared Inaccurate Title IX Accusations.

I would highly recommend Adam Zucker. He cleared our son’s name after false accusations were made.

Adam took the time to explain the process and presented multiple options along the way. On more than one occasion he told my son the clock stopped, you’re not being charged, and then spoke to him and treated him like he was his own child listening to him and then offering advice; this was a welcomed surprise.

Our son was in college and his former girlfriend, who was also a student at the same college, made false accusations which resulted in Title IX charges. Looking back it’s clear my son made poor choices in the relationship but the accusations were very serious and not accurate.

Before they broke up she deleted their text messages from his phone but fortunately, we were able to recover these. Multiple texts showed the accusations were not true. Adam took the time to work with my son to organize the evidence and then include relevant texts and pictures in his 54-page response. Soon after the response was submitted all charges were dropped.

Our son is in a much better place. During this time he started going to a counselor which he still sees. He worked 70+ hours/week at 3 different jobs to pay off his student debt and lawyer fees. He’s enrolled in another school and hopes to complete his degree. Thanks to Adam he can pursue whatever he chooses with a clean record.
