Bankruptcy may save your home from foreclosure or sheriff’s sale. Under Chapter 13, a plan of reorganization is proposed to allow you time to bring your mortgage arrears current. Your mortgage company must begin accepting mortgage payments from you after the bankruptcy has been filed. Our firm also has extensive experience in Mortgage Modifications which may include a reduction of your interest rate and lowering of your monthly payment.

If you are receiving collection calls or collection notices, then bankruptcy will end those calls. Bankruptcy will also provide relief from lawsuits filed by creditors such as credit card companies and debt buyers.
