Mudrick & Zucker, P.C., is pleased to announce that Daniel P. Mudrick, head of the firm’s bankruptcy and civil litigation practice, has been selected by the leadership of the Montgomery Bar Association to chair the Association’s Bankruptcy Committee. Mr. Mudrick’s term will commence on January 5th, 2024. In his role as chair of the Bar Association’s Bankruptcy Committee, he will lead the Association’s bankruptcy educational programs and Continuing Legal Education seminars including keeping members informed on new laws impacting the bankruptcy practice.
Mr. Mudrick handles consumer bankruptcy and civil litigation matters in Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware, Chester, and Philadelphia Counties. In addition, he has advised other attorneys on the impact of bankruptcy on their domestic and civil cases.
