Adam D. Zucker, Esq. Presents to PACDL on New Title IX Regulations

On Thursday, December 5th, Adam D. Zucker, Esq. presented a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) course to the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (PACDL). Alongside friend & colleague Attorney Lorie Dakessian, and moderated by Attorney Ashley Shapiro, the CLE course was entitled, “Title IX: Key Insights for Defense Counsel on New Regulations.”

Attorney Zucker commented that it is always a pleasure presenting with such accomplished attorneys as Lori Dakessian & Ashley Shapiro.

Here, Attorney Zucker discussed the nuanced changes and implications of the new Title IX regulations, identified strategic defense approaches given these updated regulations, and overall equipped attendees with practical tools and case precedents for more effective counsel to their clients.
