Adam D. Zucker, Esq. Presents a CLE Course at BCBA

Adam D. Zucker, Esq. recently had the privilege of presenting a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) course at the Bucks County Bar Association (BCBA) alongside esteemed colleagues Lorie Dakessian and Tonya Lupinacci.

Titled “Title IX Higher Ed Discipline: Back & Forth & Back,” the session explored the complexities of federal Title IX regulations and provided insights into the evolving disciplinary processes in higher education. It was a fantastic opportunity to engage with fellow legal professionals on this critical topic.
